The service offered at Paul King is of the highest calibre. The massage therapists are excellent and the receptionists are very friendly and entirely competent. I would particularly note that for myself Steffi and Cas are wonderful. For David he has a great relationship with Rhiannon. Steffi has done so much to help me to continue to be mobile with a lower degree of pain which becomes evident the next day after an appointment. The "vibe" is friendly and calming. I'm treated with respect and as a person , not just a paying client. I would highly recommended Paul King to others seeking help.

I feel it's time to update my thoughts on the care I have received for many years now. Five stars! Yes it's that simple for me, again I suffered the need for another emergency surgery just over five months ago. What a blow! These guys again have been a huge help in a much quicker and safer recovery. A million thanks to Rhiannon your a brick mate.
Even through Covid the level of care, compliance, and ongoing help just remained the same. Well done and thank you all especially to Paul and Lee the founders for what is such a necessary part of the fabric of our community.

“Recently I have utilised your services for the first time in years. I would love to provide some feedback for the service I have received. The impression your staff have left with me should be wholly complimented. From calling up in the first instance my inquiry was handled promptly and efficiently. This precedent was reconfirmed when arriving at what is a zen, welcoming place. The reception made me feel at ease (even a trip to the bathroom was scented, clean and immaculately presented). Payment and HICAPS handled quickly and efficiently. All appears as a well-run ship. So Thank you.

But in particular, could I thank Karen and Rhiannon.

Karen is the benchmark of her profession in Forster. All the while getting the job done, Karen does so with calm and politeness too often lacking in our modern world.

Rhiannon as shown utmost understanding and empathy in her treatment of me. Though I have an on-going road to recovery, the assistance and knowledge she has provided have been a great guide.
Her humour was welcome also.
Both Karen and Rhiannon show warmth in their demeanor. This was greatly appreciated as I arrived in a jaded state.
